Kandia 4 bedroom villa II offers comfort, luxury and absolute tranquillity with uninterrupted sea views to Ithaca and the Ionian Sea, sleeping 8 guests in beds. 5min walk to the beaches, tavernas and amenities of Agia Efimia village, is the ideal choice for relaxation for families or big groups. For larger groups of 9-22 guest it can be rented together with villa Kandia I. The apartment is spread over three floors and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, along with a welcoming living room, an open-plan kitchen, and a veranda with a dining table and breathtaking sea views. The attic level hosts a cozy bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are two additional double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One offers beautiful pool and sea views, while the other overlooks the mountain; both enjoy private balconies. On the ground floor (the entrance level), you’ll find a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom, a relaxing living area with a sofa, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a bench-style dining table. This level offers a beautiful veranda with a table for 8 and breathtaking views. A staircase leads down to the private pool area, complete with sunbeds, an outdoor shower, and a toilet. There is also a private parking space available for guests. At the back of the property, the family has a small separate apartment with a different entrance that can be used occasionally.

The villa is built on an elevation, 90 meters above sea level, and offers unique sea views, sun and moon rises. Just 750 meters to the nearest beach, and 1,2km from the bustling harbour village of Agia Efimia, set in a quiet neighbourhood. Located in a delightful position, at the heart of the island in the picturesque port village of Agia Efimia (9km from the famous Myrtos Beach, close to Melissani Lake, Drogarati Cave, and the romantic village of Assos).
