Kappa Apartments was originally built in the 70s, however it was completely renovated during the winters of 2017 and 2018. Currently being able to host up to 25 guests in total, it is a pretty small, family-run settlement with 11 self-catering rooms. The minimal design of the rooms aims to deliver a cosy stay to our guests, while it helps keeping the comfort standards and the functionality high.

Kappa Apartments' team tries hard to provide the best possible quality of hosting to our guests. To provide a cosy, clean and comfortable environment is our number one priority. We take our guests' comments seriously, trying to improve our services in a daily basis, based on your ideas and requests!

Kappa Apartments is located very centrally in the town of Faliraki. It has the advantage of being right on the main street of the town, which leads to the sandy, family-friendly beach. Being less than 200 meters away from the beach, the blue waters of the sea are very easily and fastly accessible. To their way to the beach, our guests will come across many stores, mini-markets, restaurants, coffee places and bars, which will provide anything that can be asked! At the same time, the majority of the rooms is located on the backside of the building, making it as sound proof as possible to the city noise. The main street brings a very lively atmosphere to the neighbourhood, since it is busy with people of all ages and ethnicities during most hours of the day. It is not recommended for guests looking for an absolute quiet environment, instead it aims mainly to host guests that enjoy the lively character of a small, busy summer town!
