'Katoikia me ta Pitharia' is a 2-storey detached residence, adapted to the traditional architecture, with all the comforts of a modern home. The same philosophy applies to the furnishing and the decoration of the house. A paved path leads to a two-level courtyard with dining table, chairs and stone-built sofas, in the shade of the vineyard pergolas and a brilliant walnut tree. Fully autonomous, with a fully equipped kitchen (drinking water, dining room, cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, mixer ...) and all the necessary equipment for preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner. On the ground floor there is a living room with both a fixed and a portable wooden sofa (=double bed with sliding system and mattress), fireplace, TV and DVD sets and small decorative fountain. The ground floor also includes a large bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine and a hairdryer. An internal staircase, as well as an independent exterior staircase, lead to the upper floor where there is a master bedroom with a king-size wooden bed and a wardrobe. Two smaller bedrooms with single large wooden beds (turning into double with a sliding system) and a WC with a shower complete the design.

The small and quiet village lies just 6 km away from Prinos port, through a safe sealed road to the mountain. Katoikia me ta Pitharia lies in the entrance of the settlement, in its Lower Quarter, and has a particularly easy access from the main road. The residence is only 150 m. away from the central picturesque square with the plane trees and despite that it privodes absolute resting conditions and serenity.
