Kea Villa Thea is conveniently located only 1500 meters from the Vourkari marina and 3.5 km from the main port of Korisia, making it an excellent choice. In more detail we are in the middle of Otzias Beach and Vourkari VIllage. The property is located on an exclusive and quiet hill that allows amazing views to the Aegean sea. At the same time it is only a 5 minutes drive from the Beach. Tavernas, supermarkets and cafes are all within reach and only 1 km away at Vourkari Village. Kea Villa Thea, is the best choice for travellers wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life but also stay close to Athens, as Lavrio Port is only an hour away, making it an excellent choice for your luxury holidays. Kea Villa Thea Complex combines the magic of the traditional island stone color, along with the Cycladic white and the all-pervading bright blue, which blend harmoniously with the earth, the sky and the sea. Lie down at the pool area, relax and escape for and adventurous break, a romantic interlude or a family break. Depending on how many villas you reserve the pool is either shared or private. The short distance from Athens, the magnificent landscapes and beaches, as well as a surprisingly long network of marked paths for trekking have drawn many Athenians to build here some of the most eye-catching villas in our Greek portfolio. Kea is is the closest Cycladic island to Athens; only 1hr by boat from the port of Lavrio. There are daily routes back and forth. Lavrio port is only 20min drive from Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport. Boat Tickets to Kea cost 10 Euro/ person.
