Our 2 self-catering apartments are located in a 3-floor block of flats built in 1996. They are simple and cozy offering all the comforts to relax. Their unique advantage is the amazing view of the sea as well as the proximity to the beach. If your priority is to be just next to the beach, our apartments are the ideal choice. Since we are located on the main road of Skiathos-Koukounaries, you can have easy access to bus station number 15, without any need for a car. You should keep in mind that our location can be noisy during the day due to the proximity to the main road, but in Skiathos if you want to stay next to the beach then you will be close to the road, as well. You can enjoy the sun and sea all day long by being at the same time very close to your apartment.
We rent our apartments for short-term periods. We do not offer hotel services (since we are not a hotel but just owners of 2 apartments in a 3-floor block of flats) but we try to take care of any detail in order to make you feel like being home. We are always available online and happy to help you with any info or help that you might need.
Kolios area is a perfect area for those loving the sea. There are plenty of food options nearby. In walking distance, there is also a market to buy groceries.
