Welcome to our spacious and modern Studio10 and one-room Apartment 11. They are located on the lower ground floor, with standard residential ceiling heights throughout. The apartments are filled with natural light and fresh air, thanks to a large French door that opens directly onto a private balcony. The layout offers a perfect blend of comfort and privacy. Living & Sleeping Area: Fully furnished and optimized for comfort, featuring twin beds and a comfortable sofa bed. Outdoor Space: Enjoy direct access to the balcony from the main living area, perfect for stepping outside to enjoy the fresh air. Bathroom: A well-appointed bathroom that includes its own window, ensuring excellent ventilation and natural light. Perfect Climate: The lower ground position keeps the apartment naturally cooler during the warm summer months.
I like getting to know people and cultures from different countries.
Paradiso beach is just 2 minutes on foot. Rental bike is just one minute from the apartments. 2 supermarkets are neaby. Bus stop is on the promenade. Kos city town is just 15-20 minutes on foot.
