A beautiful balcony reveals the view of Pireaus port and the Pireaus view that lie in the background. The balcony contains table with chair to sit and enjoy the endless view while relaxing. The new innovated apartment has cozy furniture, a double bed comfortable room, plus a sofa which comes out a double bed. A baby coat if asked, will be available. Shower, full equipment kitchen with filter coffee machine, toaster, fridge, oven, boiler and electric cooker. The bathroom contains a washing machine.
Delicate decoration, comfortable spaces, breathtaking sea view veranda, in the quiet area of Souvala. Just 20 minutes walking distance (1,5 km) from port of Souvala, a quiet, safe, full of green fishing village which is suitable for couples and family. The port of Aigina is just as 10 km away.
