Ktima Kritikos is a unique vacation home with a 50m2 heated private swimming pool, located at the west side of Rhodes island only 10 minutes away from airport and close to Butterfly Valley. The proximity to the beach offers panoramic sea views and easy access to many Surf and Kite Stations. Ideal for families and groups up to 14 members. Ktima Kritikos offers privacy and plenty of amenities to spoil the guests. The 220m2 of indoor space, the 2000sqm garden and the 5X10 heated swimming pool can comfortably host families and groups up to 14 members. The swimming pool area is the perfect place for joyful moments or endless hours of relaxation. It is equipped with outdoor furniture such as sunbeds, parasols, comfortable couches and armchairs, bar stools, monastery dining table, 3 seater garden swing. An outdoor toilet with shower is also available to serve the guests using the pool. The beautiful stone build patio is packed with appliances such as glass door refrigerator, freezer, large gas grill, gas stove, 42 inch smart TV and a sound system but also has a charcoal grill and a wood oven for a complete barbecue experience.
The serene location of Ktima Kritikos offers calmness and quietness. It is surrounded by olive and citrus groves together with fields of crops. The area's low density population, provides privacy for long relaxing holidays. However, sea view restaurants and coffee shops can be found near the villa. Pharmacies and supermarkets are only 10 minutes away.
