A fully renovated in 2025, bright apartment of 58 sq.m., one large bedroom and spacious living room/kitchen. It has a balcony with a view of the city and a courtyard at the back. It is located 500 meters from the center and 50 meters from the sea.
My main occupation is sales and what excites me is traveling in Greece and around the world. Because I always feel how important the place of residence is in the enjoyment of the trip, I chose to create a space worthy of my expectations, in order to provide it to those who visit Kavala.
Comfort and style in a 58sqm house that will quickly enter your heart! Newly renovated, functional with luxury construction and many amenities, it is what you want for a pleasant stay in Kavala. Located in the area of ​​Agia Varvara, a safe neighborhood 50 meters from the sea and just 400 meters from Kameres, 700 from the port and the historic center of the city.
