With an outdoor private heated (with extra fee) 35sqm infinity pool, this is a spectacular 110m2 villa, that can host up to 8 guests to unwind overlooking the ocean deep blue. Two SUP boards are available to rent upon request and subject to availability, at an additional cost of 20 euros per day. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 60 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
