Our house is located in a quiet location just a few minutes away by car from Zante town and Laganas area. Whether you re seeking a peaceful retreat or adventure-filled vacation, our place offers the perfect escape for groups of families or friends. La Vie Villa is consisted of the first floor level of the building shown on the photos. The onwers of the villa live on the ground floor but they have modified the areas in such a way which enables you to have a total privacy. They have a private entrance from the rear side of the building and the only area which is a shared one is the parking area. All the areas shown on the photos and the outdoor dining/BBQ area are all for your exclusive and private use.
La Vie Villa is located in Ampelokipoi area, at the heart of Zakynthos, very close to both Zante town and Laganas area, enabling you to easily explore all the sightseeing options of the island. Distances: Restaurants: 400m (Ladolemono restaurant) Coffee/breakfast place: 500m (Koronios Cafe) Supermarkets: 700m (AB and LIDL supermarkets, the biggest in the whole island) Zakynthos Town : 4km Airport: 2km Laganas area: 3km
