The property is located on the upper part of Vlachata Village. It is a 3 store building with 2 apartments. The ground floor one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower can accommodate up to 4 people. The maisonette (two-store apartment) with staircase acces is on the first and second floors. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room and a terrace with umbrells and sunbeds. It accommodates up to 7 people. From the balcony and the top floor terraces guests can enjoy the unobstructed view of Lourdas bay and Livatho area. Free WiFi is available on both apartments as well as cleaning every 4 days which is included in the price. Parking space is available infront of the building, inside the plot.
Only a few minutes walk you can find a minimarket, gas station, café, bakery and a farmacy. A dozen of restaurants is within 2 to 5 minutes drive away.
