The apartment is located in a quiet area of the fishing village of perdika, which is famous for the wonderful sandy beach of Perdika beach and many traditional taverns with fresh fish and seafood from local fishermen. The apartment is in a large private villa only 100 m away from the sea and the promenade of the resort with the main traditional port with many restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, meat and fish shops and tourist shops. Beautiful sea view apartment of 5 people, consists of living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, front veranda and backyard. The apartment is comfortably furnished and well equipped with home appliances. There are three air conditioners in both bedrooms and in the living room, TV, WI-FI, iron, board, washing machine, dish washer, el.cooker with oven, refrigerator, coffemaker, electric kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, as well as bed linen and towels.
