Discover the Ekati and Persephone apartments built in 2023, in Kriopigi, just 1.8 km from the beach. The two apartments are located in the basement. They have a cour-anglaise balcony, that is, a balcony on their basement level which has a roof made of transparent and translucent glass, resulting in natural light and ventilation. The balconies are equipped with outdoor furniture. The apartments have a modern interior design, combining comfort and usability. They consist of a king-size double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, office, bathroom.
