Lilac House sits in the quiet village of Ratzakli, perched on the sun-soaked slopes of southern Kefalonia with views stretching across olive groves to the Ionian Sea and the island of Zakynthos beyond. Sandy Kaminia Beach is a short walk or drive. The village restaurant Avli - one of the best on the island - is a hundred metres from the front door. The lively town of Skala and the fishing harbour at Katelios are both just a few minutes' drive away. This is a traditional Greek villa with thick stone walls, terrazzo floors, and green shutters that open to the breeze. It's comfortable and well-equipped without losing the character - including a proper kitchen for cooking at home, a patio area with outdoor seating and built in barbecue, and a private pool to cool off on hot days. We also have a lounge area with television and fast Starlink wifi throughout. As you walk into the front door, you have access to both bedrooms. The hallway then leads into the dining room. On your right is the living room. On your left you walk through the kitchen area and utility space with washing machine and dryer and bathroom at the end. Doors open out to the patio area from the kitchen and utility room also. The terrace has a seating area with built in barbecue and steps down to the private pool with shower. Villa is in the peaceful village of Ratzakli, 1km from sandy Kaminia Beach, about a 15-20 minute walk downhill and near local hiking routes. Nearby is the bustling town of Skala and the fishing village of Katelios. Nearest restaurant is Avli, 100 metres away, serves delicious local food.
