This recently renovated town house is situated at close distance from the port of Lixouri (200m) and offers you a comfotable place to stay all around the year. The house is fully equiped, has a spatious terrace and lovely garden. It can accommodate 4 visitors and if needed +2 in a wide sleeper sofa. At walking distance you can reach the central square, where you can find a variety of cafeterias, restaurants and commercial stores. Free parking is easy to find just outside the house. In 90m2 the inner house has two wide bedrooms, well equiped kitchen, dining and living room, a cozy working area, one bathroom and separate laundry. Both air conditioning and central heating is provided to fit your needs thoughout the year. Free wi-fi and a 49 inches smart tv with free netflix access is also provided. Clean sheets and towels are available and changed upon request. Inform us in advance for any baby visitor to ensure we provide all necessary amenities for a convenient stay.
Born in 1988 and mother of wonderful Lucas since 2018, I live in Lixouri and just renovated with my dear husband the house inherited by my grandparents hoping to host you.
