The building is brand new. It's been constructed in 2010. The apartment is 55 sq.m. It's at the ground floor and has a front and a backyard with oven and barbecue. Although it's near center, is also very quiet with no traffic. It contains a big living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen, a main and a smaller bedroom and a bathroom. All materials and equipment are modern, high standard. The area has a lot of free parking places around and close to the building. It's located only 50 m from the beautiful beach of Peramos and just 800 m from the unique Ammolofi beach. Generally the construction, the decoration, the benefits and the location of the apartment is a guaranty for the perfect vacation!
I'm a civil engineer. Actually, I've designed and constructed the building of the specific apartment. I used it for about 5 years as my vacation house. That's why it's carefully and nicely decorated and the construction materials were all selected with high standards. I'm now a pensioner, so I can give all my energy and care to my new activity as a host.
In just 50 m there is the beach of Peramos, with plenty beach-bars, cafe and taverns by the beach. There's also mini market, bakeries and breakfast shops with traditional cheese & cream pies in less than 50 m. The town center is only 5 minutes walk, where you can find more shops like supermarkets, gift shops, patisseries, restaurants and internet cafe. The amazing beach of Ammolofi, one of the top 10 in Greece is located less than 1 km from the apartment. On the way to Ammolofi beach, there's the ruins of the old Byzantine summer palace. From there you can also explore the beautiful historical peninsula of Vrasidas, where you can also find excellent beaches.
