Theo works in Human Resources, while Amalia is a talented artist specializing in mosaics—be sure to look out for her stunning artwork throughout the villa! Our daughter is an energetic young adult who loves the water sports available at Koundouraki beach. Having lived in diverse cities like Dubai, Jeddah, The Hague, London, and Moscow, we have a deep love for travel and discovering new places. Villa Petra was created as a special retreat to gather with family and friends from around the world. We take great joy in sharing our villa and creating unforgettable memories with our guests each year.

From the mesmerizing views to the spectacular patio & pool deck to the pristine blue waters of the island's best nearby beach, this 4BR expansive villa has it all. Nestled in a quiet part of Kea island, features every modern luxury you could desire. Ideal for families/groups & comfortably sleeps up to 10 people, including bunk beds for kids! Villa Petra is a unique blend of classic whitewashed Cycladic architecture, local stone building design, and modern infrastructure, providing a sense of privacy and serenity as well as outstanding views of the pristine blue waters of the Aegean Archipelago from every single room! The Villa is very well located on the hillside of the peaceful Koundouros area and just three minutes away from the tranquil crystal-clear waters and the sparkly sand of “Porto Koundouros" (the most organized beach on the island with access to water sports), only a short drive from the traditional tavernas and half an hour from the port.

Kea, the “gate of the Cyclades”, is part of the Aegean Archipelago, an island with a lot of charm, totally unpretentious and unfolding in unexpected ways… The island has a rich history to discover either by hiking or walking, monuments worth admiring and finally clear and safe waters to take a dip in. Life in Kea is laid back and we hope Villa Petra will offer the opportunity to experience the island and create beautiful memories. With endless kilometers of coastline, Kea offers idyllic beaches with impressive crystal waters, where the best two are only a three-minute drive from your Villa! You can choose between the cosmopolitan Porto-Koundouros or the quieter Koundouraki beach. Porto-Koundouros is a gorgeous organized golden sandy beach, awarded with a blue flag by the Greek National Tourism Organization. It is the most cosmopolitan on the island, with swallow and peaceful waters for kids to swim and play. There is a taverna, a cafe and a beach bar, an excellent place for relaxation. Koundouraki, is a charming beach, with crystal clear waters thanks to the rocky formations nearby, a water sports club with kind and patient instructors!
