Our villa is a contemporary private villa designed around indoor-outdoor Mediterranean living. The villa accommodates up to 4 guests in two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and offers exclusive use of the swimming pool, gardens and all guest areas. From 2026 onwards, the villa is available only as a private villa and is never shared with other guests. Instead of a conventional enclosed living room, the villa features a spacious covered open-air lounge and dining area beside the pool, designed to make the most of the mild Messinian climate and seamless connection with the surrounding gardens. Located within walking distance of the beach, local tavernas and cafés, Villa Satori also provides easy access to Kalamata city centre, Kalamata International Airport and the region’s most beautiful beaches and villages.

Our villa is located in a peaceful seaside area just a short distance from Kalamata, offering a rare combination of privacy, beach life and easy access to the city. The Blue Flag beach is only a short walk away and features crystal-clear waters, organised sections with sunbeds, beach bars and traditional seaside tavernas. A cycling and walking path runs nearby, providing easy access to the surrounding area and the coastal zone. Guests can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the neighbourhood while remaining close to Kalamata’s restaurants, cafés, shops, marina and cultural attractions. The villa is also ideally positioned for discovering the beaches, villages, archaeological sites and natural beauty of Messinia.
