Luxury Villa Karteros is a luxurious residence of 3.000 square meters, located 300 m. from the sea and 7 km away from the city of Heraklion. It is consisted of two floors (350 square meters living space) built in a unique style with each room offering a combination of traditional and modern decoration with handpicked original art. Built on top of a private hill, our luxury villa offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Aegean sea and the mountains of the South and West. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the beach, the large garden, the swimming pool and the delightful surrounds, from the 2 large terraces within the first floor and 2 smaller balconies on the second floor. The fully equipped house lies on the second and third floor, connected with a set of wooden stairs. Most of the floor is wooden and includes high quality classic furniture. There is an internet connection(Wi-Fi) and an alarm system for your own safety. Luxury Villa offers private gym for high-level exercise, BBQ, 2 big gardens and private area for your cars.

Karteros Heraklion 300 m. away from the best sandy beach of Heraklion. There is a bus connection with Heraklion city. Within 500 m., in the area there are super markets, bars and tavernas/restaurants. The beach, only 5 minutes distance on foot, is organised with beach facilities (music, umbrellas and snacks). The Riding Academy of Heraklion is also located 1,5 km away from the villa.
