Property info

A fully equipped contemporary maisonette in front of the beach that will offer you unforgettable holidays. The house can host up to 8 guests. The ground floor consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a WC. Two folding beds can be added to host 2 additional guests. On the first floor, which is connected to the living room with an internal staircase, there are three comfortable bedrooms with a sea view. The two feature a double bed each and the other one two single beds. A large bathroom is also on the top floor. Enjoying the tranquility of the area on one of the large terraces, where you can relax gazing the amazing sea view and the magnificent sunsets. All rooms are air-conditioned. Wi-Fi and private parking are provided for free.

The maisonette is located on a beautiful beach with turquoise water, in a quiet rural area only 1km from Petalidi. Petalidi is a small coastal town with all kinds of shops for your everyday needs, several coffeehouses, taverns and night bars. There is also a pharmacy and a health center. The area is full of lacy beaches such as Petalidi (1.5km), Tzanne (2km), Kalamaki (2km), Karyas, Chelonaria (4km), Chrani (5km), Episkopi (7km), Velika (8km) and Agios Andreas (9km). Visit the Venetian castles of Koroni (20km), Methoni (43km) and Pylos (37km), the infamous beach of Voidokilia (43km), the waterfalls of Polilimnio (17km), the ancient town of Messini (40km) and Kalamata (33km) with its castle, museums and historic city center. Kalamata International Airport is 22km away.
