Individual properties at Makris Yialos beach are highly sought-after, so we are pleased to offer five beautiful apartments /villas. They stand in their own gardens , only a 2 minute walk from the excellent sandy beach . Additionally, a swimming pool located very close to the villas is open to our guests free of charge.

Neighborhood info

Marilia Villas strategic location combines a central however quiet location away from the crowds, just a 2-minute walk away from Makris Yialos Beach and the center of Lassi resort , where various cafes, bars, restaurants and shop can be found, for guests’ convenience. Makris Yialos Beach is considered among best beaches in Kefalonia, as it has soft golden sand and beach bars/cafes and beach restaurants, along it. Furthermore, Lassi resort offers various shops, such as restaurants, souvenir & jewelry shops, groceries and bars. There is also frequent bus connection with Argostoli Town which is located just a few minutes’ away. LASSI as a resort has developed due to its amazing beaches of golden sand. The two main beaches are Makris Yialos (Greek for ‘long sandy beach’) and Platis Yialos (wide sandy beach). The beach shelves gently into beautifully clear and clean waters providing a safe haven for children. The beaches are accessed at various points by steps or slopes and these are well sign-posted from the lanes that run parallel to the main road which runs from Lassi into Argostoli.
