The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. Finally, in the outdoor area there is a small table with two stools. The house is a 25-minute drive (15 km) from the port. The road from the port to the village is paved and fenced. The accommodation is located at the following coordinates: 37.100671, 25.478579. Parking for cars is available only on the village's main road and not next to the house. Access from the village road to the house is on foot through the village paths (less than 5 minutes). The street where the house is located is called Oxo Nou. Before arriving at the accommodation, the guest must send their Tax Identification Number (AFM) in a message if they are Greek. If they are not Greek, they must send their identity card number or passport number. This is required for the declaration of the short-term rental of the accommodation. Finally, the accommodation must be kept intact with regard to its equipment. Any damage to furniture and appliances must be compensated.
