Recently Renovated, Mary's Apartment is a modern and comfortable space, ideal for couples or families, located at the heart of Kos Town, very close to all kinds of shops and points of interest. The apartment is 56 square meters and is on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 4 adults. The central beach is only 5 minutes by feet and the Dolphin Square just 50m away. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a living area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower and W/C. Wi-Fi and air condition is also included free of charge. Upon arrival, the guest who made the booking must provide their full name and passport or identity card number, as this information is required by Greek law for filing a tax return. Ο Έλληνας επισκέπτης ο οποίος κάνει την κράτηση θα πρέπει να δηλώνει και τον ΑΦΜ του προκειμένου να μπορέσουμε να υποβάλλουμε την δήλωση βραχυχρόνιας διαμονής μέσω της ΑΑΔΕ.
