THE MEDITERRANEA BLU A white Cycladic house sharing colors with the sea - MILOS The detached house is located in the inhabited area of the northwest part of the island, where island life revolves around four neighboring villages: Plaka,Tripiti, Triovassalos, and Pera Triovassalos. The house overlooks the village of Pera Triovassalos and the Mandrakia beach, which is just 2 km away. The house opens northward onto the protected area of the White Coast and the smaller islands of Milos: the sea stack of Pollonia, Kimolos, and Serifos. From the rooftop terrace, there is a breathtaking view that stretches all the way to distant Polyargos, the only uninhabited island in the Cyclades. Even from the kitchen and the front patio, you can lose yourself in the endless blue of the Aegean. The house has been carefully restored in traditional Cycladic style, butenriched with contemporary comforts. It features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with two single beds, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, you'll find two livable patios and a landscaped garden with two centuries-old trees. The garden also includes a barbecue area and a staircase leading to the roof, where a shaded pergola and a sunbathing area await. The house is fully equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, a solar-powered water heater with storage, a direct water supply supplemented by a cistern, Wi-Fi, smart TV, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, and gardening tools. In front of the entrance, there is a private area for parking scooters ora quad. Taxis and cars can reach within just a few meters of the house. The island of Milos is served by a local airport with up to three daily flights from Athens’ international hub during the summer season. Alternatively, it can be reached from the port of Athens via two daily high-speed ferries in under four hours, or an overnight ferry with vehicle transport in approximately four hours.
