In Nea Iraklitsa, in a graphic seaside location, 14 Km from the center of Kavala and just 100 meters from the coast there is the new complex ( June 2019) of 10 luxury suites with common pool in the second floor with a sea and mountain view. Relax and enjoy in a modem luxurious environment with new furniture and appliances. With 2 flat screen smart. Televisions 43 and 25 inches. 2 air conditon units, coffe machine, toaster, boiler, fully eguiped kitchen, hair dryer, washing machine and memory foam matress (master istikbal).A perfect place for long vacation in a comfortable surrounding.The house is located in a green and guiet district. In the village there are beautiful organized beaches,taverns,coffee places,pharmacy and matket places.At 3Km you can visit the beautiful beaches of ammolofoi (dunes)the archaological area of Oisimi and the castle of Nea Peramos. The island of Thasos is within an hour from Kavala. The ancient theater of Filippoi is within 30Km.The mud baths of Krinides just 2Km away.For unigue and unforgetable experience you can visit Nestos river at 55Km for rafting.
I have decorated and taken good care of the residence so that you can enioy the full relaxation ahd well-being and meke your vacations an unforgetable axperience. The house is very hospitable and fully eguiped.I am a person that has traveled a lot, has experience and I am passionate in the field of tourism so that you can have an amazing experience. The neighborhood is a very guiet during the night and during the day. Within 100m there are all the restaurants of the village, coffee places, bars, playgrounds, beaches. In 500m there is super market Masoutis and in 800m Lidl super market. Along the beach there is a pedestrian walk of 2Km, a magnificent yacht marina, a small park next to the sea and a chapel. At the end of the pedestrian walk there is an organized sandy beach with blue-green waters. A beautiful scenary for perfect vacations.
