On foot you can easily reach the Castle, the Old Town, the sea, and some of the city’s best restaurants. Comfort and hospitality are our top priorities, which is why we’ve chosen top-quality mattresses for truly restful sleep. Minimalist design, neutral tones, and plenty of natural light create a calm and elegant atmosphere. The apartments are on the ground floor for easy access and feature spacious wardrobes, a comfortable living area with a sofa, and large windows that make the space bright and welcoming from the very first moment

The location of Michail Old Harbour Residence on Salaminos Street (Kos Town) is one of its biggest advantages: a quiet, authentic neighbourhood next to the Old Harbour, so you can enjoy everything on foot or by bike (Kos is famous as the “island of bicycles”). Guests especially love that within just a few minutes they can reach: the Old Harbour and the seaside promenade, with cafés, tavernas and bars, Nerantzia Castle and the most important sights in the town centre, Eleftherias Square, the Archaeological Museum, the Ancient Agora and Hippocrates’ Plane Tree, a beach (the closest is about a 2-minute walk) for a morning swim or a relaxed afternoon by the sea. At the same time, you’ll find a bakery, mini market and all everyday essentials very nearby. The area offers the ideal balance: close to the city’s energy and nightlife, yet quiet enough for a truly restful sleep.
