Hi, I’m Gabriela. I’d like to tell you a little about myself and the property I offer.
I have always loved traveling, the sun, the sea, discovering new things, exploring culture and history, and feeling the traces left by time. Panagia, the Old Town of Kavala, is all in one and beautiful in every season. I hope guests enjoy it as much as I do.
Mihail Residence is designed for everyone to enjoy – whether renting a room, two rooms, the upper apartment, or the whole house for full privacy. As a fellow traveler, I drew on my experiences to create a welcoming and flexible space, within the walls of a house built over 100 years ago.
I am available for any questions or additional information you may need. I would like to note that special attention has been given to the courtyard, tucked behind the house, open to the city and port, and shared by all guests via the shared hallway. Guests can reach the house by car to unload luggage. Afterwards, parking is available at a paid lot near the port (5–10 min) or on the nearby street for free, though spots may take time to find. The property also offers private check-in and check-out for a smooth and comfortable arrival and departure.
I look forward to welcoming you and helping you feel at home in Kavala.
