This spacious and bright home is ideally located in the heart of the island — just 5 minutes from Agios Nektarios, the historic Palaiochora, and the sea. It’s also only 5 minutes from Souvala port and 15 minutes from the main port of Aegina Town. Whether visiting for relaxation, sightseeing, or both, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay.

Just above Souvala, the location offers an incredible view of the Saronic Gulf and Athens in the distance. The house is centrally located within 5 minutes from the sea and a few minutes from historical sites such as Agios Nektarios and the Temple of Aphaea. It is also close to the picturesque village of Kypseli or the lively town of Agia Marina.
