Minas Villa is ideal for big families or group of friends : - 40m2 private swimming pool (can be heated at additional charge) - 200m2 indoor space - Spacious outdoor area of 500m2 - Outdoor Dining area with BBQ facilities - Outdoor Playground - Table Tennis - Bespoke Concierge Services to assist you explore the best hidden gems of Zakynthos Outdoor Pool Heating Policy - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 40 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate.
