Mirtilo is a fully renovated house of 40 sq. m, located in the center of Kardamena with a courtyard in a pedestrian area with souvenir & deli shops and only 1 min. away from the central beach of the village. It accommodates up to 7 people (6 adults+1 child) and is completely equipped and air-conditioned
Entering the house you’ll find the living room with 2 sofas turned into beds, a television and a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and 4 ceramic hot plates. The bedroom has a double bed and a loft with a semi-double mattress that fits perfectly for 2 children. This house features 2 bathrooms with shower units, as well as a very spacious courtyard (14 sq. m) where guests can enjoy their breakfast and lunch. Mirtilo is located in the center of Kardamena, a seaside village in Kos, where you can find tourist shops, supermarket, coffee shops, bars etc. Within a 3-minute walk from the house there is a little harbour where ships depart daily to the nearby islands. Main beach of Kardamena is only 70 m. away from the house! Triple-glazing is installed on all windows!
