The house is originally a more than 120 years old traditional cretan house, just a few meters from the sea. It has been fully renovated over the years, so it has all modern facilities, but without losing that traditional feeling. Stone Worked, so naturally cool in the summer, it is a perfect place to relax. On top of it is a modern flat with a big balcony so that you can enjoy those pleasant summer evenings overlooking the sea with some good food and drinks. With two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed, It is ideal for both a small family, a couple or few friends.

Hi, My name is Simos Linardakis, 34 years old and I was born and raised in Sitia, Crete. I am an electrical engineer and as such I like technology in general and like to follow its development. I love meeting and exchanging views with people from all over the world. Furthermore, I enjoy good food, and I love the sun and the sea, of which luckily there is plenty of in Crete! Should you like to know more, feel free to ask!

Mochlos is a beautiful small fishing village on the north side of crete, overlooking the Aegean sea. Just 150m away, the is the small island of Mochlos, with a church of St. Nicholas and the (partly under water) ruins of an old minoan town, which you can visit. Surrounded by beautiful hills, it is the ideal spot for a swim, snorkeling around the coast and towards the island, or in short, a relaxing holiday. You can park directly on the street, free of charge. The sea is literally just a few meters away, so there is no need to take a bus or car to go to the beach. The town has several taverns with nice food which are not expensive. Heraklion is 90 minutes away by car, Agios Nikolaos 45 minutes and SItia (which has also an airport) is also just 45 minutes away by car.
