Modus Operandi 🏠 is a ground floor autonomous apartment located at the west side of the city of Kavala 📍. It is approximately 4 klm away from the city center 🏢 and the port ⚓️ while Kavala's international airport ✈️ is 30 klm away from the property. The apartment is 80 sqm, offers a partial sea and mountain view and provides access to a small courtyard exclusively for its guests.
