In the most picturesque part of Kyparissi, lies Mouragio. Being the only property available to rent "on" the water, Mouragio brings the beach and the sea to your doorstep, being only a breath away from your room. All rooms have spectacular sea view, and of course the mountains surrounding it. Enjoy your coffee or lunch/dinner in the common area of the property while gazing at this amazing view, anytime of day. Very quiet and relaxing property, the sound of the sea and the birds are the only things to be heard. All rooms have their own bathroom, wifi, TV, mini-fridge, A/C-heater, wardrobe and they all share a common kitchen which is situated outside, behind the rooms. The common kitchen has a fridge, toaster, filter coffee machine, stove, cooking utensils, cuttlery, plates, mugs and glasses. Only room with its own kitchenette is the apartment with sea view (kitchenette in this room consists of the same equipment as common kitchen). All rooms are accessed by the main staircase and all are on 1st floor. Wifi is also available in the common area downstairs. Parking is available 25meters away from the property in a safe place (you can see your car from the property).

Tasos, Dimitra and Nikos are a family of 3 and have been running this business for many successful years. Spoken languages are English, Greek and Nikos speaks Arabic as well. Having spent over 10yrs in Qatar, there will be plenty of stories for you to hear over some complimentary raki and greek mezedes in the common area with them. Dimitra also makes her own liqueurs with plenty of flavors to chose from as well her home made traditional greek sweets that can accompany your complimentary greek coffee or frappe.

.Mouragio is situated in the heart of the village, but at the same time in a very private and quiet spot. Coffee shops and bars as well as restaurants are all less than 350 meters away from the property, mini-market is 100 meters away and supermarket is 600 meters away. Baker, pastries shop and local butcher shop are about 800meters away. The Agios Georgios hike starts 30 meters away from the property, and leads to a very nice secluded small church with a pier in front of it. Total hike time is about 20-25mins to get to destination. Kyparissi is becoming very famous for its climbing routes and hiking trails, most are 10-15 minutes away from the property by car, some further and this is only because they are outside the village. Places worth seeing while you are around the area are: Fokiano- A secluded beach with 2 restaurants between kyparissi and leonidio (25kms) Leonidio- Another climbing destination (60kms) Monemvasia- The ancient castle of Monemvasia (77kms) Gerakas- The town built inside a fjord (53kms)
