Karavados is a charming village, located at the foot of Mount Ainos, surrounded by pine trees, olive groves and citrus groves. It is situated along Kefalonia’s southern coast, between Argostoli and Skala. Although Karavados is not directly on the water, Agios Thomas and Trapezaki Beach can be reached by a short car ride (approximately 10 minutes). There are also several smaller beaches near Karavados where guests can enjoy a bit of seclusion from the crowded beaches. Lastly, guests do not have to drive into Argostoli for a quick meal or groceries, as there is a restaurant and well-equipped mini-market in the town.
