The house is located in a residential complex consisting of VISTA DIVINA and MYLOS HOUSE, at the entrance of the village of Chavdata, just 4 kilometers from the town of Lixouri and 4 kilometers from Lagadakia Beach. The village offers a Mini-Market, a Grill House, and a café-bar-snack shop in the central square. This house boasts incredible views, making it perfect for peace and relaxation. It features a private barbecue area for grilling anytime you wish, private parking, and ample space for your comfort.
I spent many years working on cruise ships, traveling to incredible destinations around the world. Now, as a retiree, I enjoy a quiet life surrounded by nature, dedicating my time to farming and outdoor activities. My goal is to ensure that every guest feels welcome and enjoys a relaxing, comfortable stay.
MYLOS HOUSE is located in an apartment complex along with VISTA DIVINA, just over a kilometer outside Havdata village and respectively 4 km from Lixouri town and Lagadakia beach. In the village, a 5min drive or 15min walk away, you will find a mini-market, a bar and grill as well as a cafe-bar-snack on the village square. About 30 meters away from the house is VILLETA NIKOL which can accomodate a large group of guests quite well. The house is surrounded by nature but within walking distance of the village center and only an 8min drive from the town of Lixouri.
