A lovely spacious house of 160 sqm of unique architecture and style, with a garden of 2000 sqm, located in a very quiet and green spot in the heart of Kassandra (1st leg of chalkidiki). 5 min walking distance from the beach the house sits between the villages Kriopigi and Polyhrono. Within 3 - 15 min driving distance you can reach the most beautiful beaches and beach bars of chalkidiki, enjoy the excellent traditional greek food and be part of the famous night life of Kassandra. Enjoy your stay in our spacious summer house close to the sea. It accommodates up to seven people and invites you to relax on one of the three verandas looking into our beautiful garden or up to the magical star-spattered sky at nights. The house of 160 sq. m. provides an airy living and dining area. It is suitable for a couple of friends as for families the same way.
