This 120 m² house is surrounded by large terraces with panoramic views and a garden with trees. It is ideal for families and groups of friends as it is equipped with everything they need for a comfortable stay. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of three bedrooms, each with its own air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The living room is equipped with a large air conditioning unit as well as spacious sofas, a dining area, a fireplace, a smart TV and a sound system. The kitchen is also spacious, with a large refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, coffee makers, a toaster and other small appliances. On the large terrace there is a shaded area, a dining table and an outdoor sofa. The house has two bathrooms and a washing machine. Free, stable and fast internet as well as work spaces are provided.

The spacious and bright villa is located on a hill, inbetween the villages of Glinado and Biblos. The location is ideal for those who seek quiteness combined with exceptional panoramic views. The popular beaches of Agios Prokopios, Plaka and Agia Anna are only 3km away. Naxos Town is only 5km away and the exotic beaches of the Southwest coast are easy to access. The location is ideal for those who want to explore the whole island and reach more easily the beautiful picturesque villages of montane Naxos. Our neighborhood is quiet and is ideal for relaxing and exploring the surrounding areas. The villages of Glinado and Biblos are within walking distance and there you can find everything you may need. There are a mini market, a supermarket, a pharmacy, as well as bakeries, small shops and some restaurants. Naxos Town and the port are a 10-minute drive away. The airport is a 5-minute drive away. The nearest supermarket, restaurant is 1km away.
