With plenty of space for the whole family to unfurl in, here is a home where loved ones ( can host up to 10 guests) can set themselves free. Enjoy the luxury comforts and convenience of this exclusive residence set in 1.000m2 land, with a 200sqm indoor area. Take a dip in the outdoor infinity rooftop 40m2 private swimming pool overlooking the Ionian deep blue sea, as well as embellished with sun beds, lounge areas and umbrellas. BBQ facilities (charcoal) are available outdoors, with an iconic outdoor dinning area for culinary gatherings. The villa features four wonderful bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests in real beds on the ground floor and two more guests can be accommodated on the sofa beds located in the living room on the first floor. Bonus: The infinity rooftop pool which lays on the second floor featuring stunning design. *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months.
