Nevermind Vacations villa A is our small gem. Emphasizing in coziness and charm, this compact but comfortable villa was built with a minimalistic architectural view, reflecting in both indoor and outdoor spaces. Three independent entrances will ensure the guests’ well needed privacy. The main house entrance leads to the 75sqm apartment (A1), whereas two distinct spaces with ensuite bathrooms and their own amenities, a guest house of 25sqm(A2) and a bright bedroom of 11sqm(A3) located on the semi ground floor, can be accessed through their separate entrances. As for the outdoor of villa A, with its stone-paved patio and the built-in dining area under the wooden pergola overlooking the Aegean Sea, it will offer you summer nights of relaxation and tranquility. All bedrooms are now fully air conditioned after the villa's recent renovation.

Nevermind Villas due to its strategic location in a few minutes drive you can be at 5km-15minutes well known Spathi beach. At 4km-7minutes monastery of Panagia Kastriani. At 4 km-6minutes well known sculpture the Lion of Kea. At 6 km -10minutes to Ioulida village ,kea regional health center, ancient kea museum &local market with bakery and grocery. At 9km-15minutes Vourkari for fresh fish ,variety of local dining , bars. At 12km -20minutes from Kea Port. At 17km -25minutes from ancient monument Karthea.
