Nicol's Casetta is a pleasant and cosy, newly renovated detached house in the centre of Agia Efimia, just a few walking steps away from the busy waterfront of Agia Efimia. The location of the accommodation is very convenient being in the center of this lively, picturesque village. All shops are within walking distance, so the use of a car can be limited to day trips and excursions. The house is situated in the family plot, neighbouring with the other family houses meaning that the owner of the property will be found next door to guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is a self-catering accommodation with a small patio and a balcony overlooking the family garden with orange and lemon trees, seasonal greenery and flowers. You may not resist the temptation to pick some tomatoes or lemons for your lunch or dinner. The interior of the house is ideal for a couple or a small family. It is nicely furnished to give a cosy and comfortable welcome to its guests. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a flat screen SMART TV and two sofa beds, a dining area with a fire place. . Equipped with all amenities, the kitchen makes a long holiday stay enjoyable.

I will be glad to be your host during your stay at my homevillage, Agia Efimia. I am an energetic person spending the summer and other school holidays in Kefalonia and working in Athens for the rest of the year. Positive thinking is my motto in life and I attribute this to my long walks by the sea in the peaceful port of my village. Agia Efimia is the place where I was born and brought up, therefore it's full of happy memories for me and the place I always return to, to see my family and friends. My mother and sister live in the village permanently so sometimes you may be welcomed by Mrs Athena, a traditional kefalonian lady or my sister Efthalia.

Agia Efimia itself constitutes an ideal base and holiday destination for someone who wants to explore the island, as it is located in the heart of the island. Apart from its unique small pebbly beaches and its busy waterfront full of cafeterias, restaurants and gift shops, one can enjoy many activities around, like diving, boat rental, cycling, horse riding, watersports, daily cruises and many more.
