The house is located on the costal road of Nikiti, in a quiet area but close to the main Village (800m). Situated in the midle of a 500m2 privacy garden with unique view to the sea. Enjoy privacy and direct approach to the beach infront. Fully equiped with all amentities, air condition, roof funs, dishwasher, washing machine, Micro wave. The whole house is yours to use. All the house spaces are comfortable also practical. The kitchen is spacious and fully equiped, living room is cosy with A/C and ceiling fans. The rooms are comfortable with bing windows, ceiling fans and bing closets. Also the balcony is the nicest part of the house. The view to the sea is unique and something you will never forget. There you can enjoy your family moments listening just the birds and the sound of the cicadas. And the nights you can sleep listening the sound of the sea. Also I can be available for you before and during your stay for whatever you may need.
My wish is to make my visitors feel comfortable and relaxed. My fully equipped house, the beautiful village Nikiti and the wonderful Greek weather will make your vacations an unforgetable experience.
The "family house by the sea" is in Nikiti, a Village of Sithonia peninsula of Chalkidiki. It's situated by the coast with wonderful view to West. Calm waters, sand beaches and beautiful sunsets are some of its characteristics. In the Village, 800m away of the house you can find bank, ATM, super markets, shops with fresh fruits, vegitables and local products like oil, olives and honey, local doctors, medical center and 24h pharmacy , restaurants and fast foods by the coast, foreign press, beach bars and cafeterias for coffe or breakfast. The nights you can walk on sidewalk by the sea, looking for suvenirs at the outdoors local shops. And don't forget to visit the old traditional village "Nikiti" just 2 km north to the house. But if you prefere to stay at home you can relax looking at the very clean summer sky full of stars, listening the sound of the waves.
