Completely renovated traditional grandfather's house, matching the past with the present in decoration and facilities ! Me and my wife took care of this beloved house in order to make the perfect retreat! The village and its scenic square is ideal for a walk, just 2 mins away. The great beach of Tsipa (or Neo Oitilo) to swim,drink and eat delicious fish is within 1,4km from the house! Nikola's Place is a stone mansion of the previous century in scenic Oitilo. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 WC and free WIFI Majestic LIMENI and wonderful AEROPOLI are just 3 and 5 km away! It is a house that combines value for money, freshness, tradition, amazing location and proximity to everything! It is fully renovated combining raditional architecture and modern interior. All amenities a traveller needs are included so that your stay will be comfortable and smooth...
