Polychrono Nikos Apartment is managed by Niko Group which is always working hard to offer guests a truly relaxing summer experience. We are at our guests disposal for whatever assistance they may need like renting a car, planning excursions or finding information about beaches, interesting sights or restaurants. Since 2019 Niko Group operates a real estate office in the centre of Polychrono just opposite Old House Cafe so we are better able to offer our services.

Polychrono Nikos Apartments are newly renovated and spacious apartments located only 150 metres from the beach in a very quiet area yet within walking distance to everything a guest may need including supermarkets, shops, cafeterias and restaurants. All apartments have modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a comfortable living-room with a large TV and sofa bed, two bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people and a big balcony with seating area.
