The Mare Apartment is a spacious apartment that can accommodate up to three guests and features one bathroom. The loft serves as a bedroom with a double bed, while two single beds are located on the lower floor. The kitchen is part of an open-plan living area connected to the lower-floor sleeping space. As a traditional stone-built house, the apartment benefits from natural cooling during the summer months. To preserve its authentic character, fans are provided instead of air conditioning.
Located in the village of Tselentata, in northern Cephalonia near Fiscardo (approximately 3 km away), Nostos Residence is a restored 188-year-old family house. It now welcomes you and your family to experience the warmth and hospitality of the region. On the way to Fiscardo, you’ll find Foki Beach, a beautiful small beach shaded by olive trees. Nearby, there is a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal after swimming. If you prefer not to cook in the apartment’s kitchen, Tselentata and its surrounding areas offer many dining options.
Tselentata is not your typical Greek village. There are no restaurants, taverns, bars, or supermarkets—it is a peaceful family retreat. The village was built during the Venetian occupation of the island (from the mid-14th century to the end of the 18th century) and holds a unique historical charm. One of its most notable features is that it is not visible from the sea at any point, a deliberate design to avoid detection by pirates who once roamed the Mediterranean.
