THIS IS AN MODERN APARTMENT OF 85 SQUARE METERS WITH TWO BEDROOMS AND A SINGLE SPACE LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN AND BATHROOM THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN 2022. IT CAN ACCOMMODATE COMFORTABLE 4 PEOPLE AND IT HAS EVERYTHING(WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER, KITCHEN - FRIDGE - TWO TVS - AND ALL THE MICRO APPLIANCES AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL THE SPACES AND ALL THE MICRO APPLIANCES).IT HAS ITS OWN GARDEN WITH A LAWN AND A OUTDOOR KIOSK FOR SOMEONE TO ENJOY THE HOT DAYS IN COMFORTAND HAS ITS OWN GAS BARBECUE .IT IS 250 METERS FROM THE SEA .THE CITY OF KAVALAS IS 10 MINUTES AWAY BY CAR, WHILE THE BEACHES OF PERAMOS AND NEAS HERACLEITSAS ARE 10 MINUTES.
