My name is Penny Grypaiou, owner and host of OINONIS HOME ESTATE. I was born, grew up and live in Piraeus, but both of my parents were born and raised in Aegina, which I consider "my second home". All these years since my childhood, I have spent all my summers at Loutra Souvalas. My routes come from a family of hoteliers, since my ancestors built and worked for years in the first hotel of the island in 1937 (today's OINONIS HOME). In parallel, I am a graduate of the School of Guides in Athens, a profession that I loved and have been practicing for 38 years. Me and my husband will be very happy to meet you, to "host" you and "guide you around", as I learned from my family, from my studies and from my experience, in an extremely friendly and family-friendly place!My name is Thanos Kalakanis , host of OINONIS HOME ESTATE , which is my family ownership. Oinoni’s Home ACHILLES - Modern, spacious apartment 40sq. , located in the northern part of Aegina island, in Souvala that can accommodate up to 5 persons. Inside there is a wooden mezzanine ( loft ) that separates the main sleeping area from the rest of the room. Smart kitchenette, fully manned for light meals , AC , ceiling fan for natural air conditioning , 28'' flat screen TV .

Highlight of the area is Loutra beach, a very beautiful child-friendly organized sandy beach with beach bar, just 50m from the studio. Walking distance from the apartment is Souvala Port were there are restaurants, mini market, a super market, bakery, pharmacy, cafe bars. Best way to access the studio area is from Souvala port (5 min walking) or from Aegina port (7 km, only by taxi).
