PROPERTY INFORMATION Old Square House offers accommodation in Pefkohori, Kassandra, Halkidiki. Located in a prime spot—it is perfectly positioned for convenience! You are only steps away from the traditional church and village square (80m) and you have an easy access to the beach (500m), so everything is next to you on walking distance! The cozy secret back yard offers BBQ facilities. It’s a private oasis designed for slow mornings and unforgettable evenings of relaxation with your favorite people. As you enter the garden door, you take the stairs to the main entrance of the house. The house provides a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, 2 bathrooms with towels and a hairdryer (one WC ONLY and one WC/shower). There are two air conditioners: one in the living-dining area and one in the hallway between the three bedrooms. A flat-screen SMART TV and FREE WIFI are offered to our guests. On the mezzanine there are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with one single bed and a bunk bed for two. One of the bedrooms features permanently one baby bed, free of charge. So, the maximum of people we can accommodate is 7 persons. There is one floor fan in each bedroom. The property provides 2 parking slots in the basement. Only cars with a height of up to 1.75m can pass through the parking entrance. Taller vehicles can park in front of the parking entrance.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION If you get out of the house entrance, you are already in the center of the village. There are many traditional Greek Restaurants around the church’s little old square. You will easily find in the village a fishmonger, butcher, bakery, greengrocer, cigarettes, newspapers, and anything else you may need during your stay. Express Market is located 130 m from the house! Just get out the house and head right. It is open every day 7.00 - 22.00 - even on Sundays - to buy all the necessities! If you head down the road towards the beach, you'll find even more restaurants serving traditional Greek cuisine, specializing in fish or meat. Don't forget to try the charcoal-grilled corn, which you can find at the pier of Pefkohori! The beach is straight down the house at 500m – 8 min walking distance. The beach of Pefkohori has crystal-clear waters, but if you have rent a car, don't hesitate to visit the nearby beach bars in the area as well. There, you can enjoy refreshing cocktails, coffee, or even a meal after your swim in the sea! The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport, 95 km from the property.
