Olea Valley Holiday Villa is one of a handful of detached houses within a gated complex in all of Chalkidiki. It offers a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere where one can spend quality time with family, children and friends in a 175 sq. m. two-story villa with its own 345 sq. m. private garden. Be it a couple's morning coffee at the main bedroom balcony where one can admire the sunrise, a tea on the veranda in the late afternoon breeze or a family & friends BBQ during sunset, the villa offers every comfort for a pleasant and memorable holiday. The two pools, playground and recreational areas within the complex allow for a lively atmosphere where kids can play together with neighbors, while their parents can socialize over a drink or two.
We're a 30-something couple that is passionate about good food & drinks, travel and going on adventures. We love to call Nikiti our second home because it's the perfect place to go from the solitude and beauty of a secluded beach to the lively atmosphere of a farmer's market to a stunning sunset or a party night to remember all within a 20-minute car drive. Our goal is to make sure you have an unforgettable holiday here in Greece, so please let us know if there's anything we can do to make your time here better.
5 minutes walking distance from the closest beach and less than 10 minutes from the city harbor, city center and the farmer's market makes Olea Valley Holiday Villa a great location to visit restaurants from, go fishing, shopping or just have a walk around town. Based in Nikiti, the villa is a great starting point from where one can easily go around the whole peninsula of Sithonia and Chalkidiki to admire beautiful beaches and scenery, rent a boat at Diaporos island and swim in the Blue Lagoon or dive at different spots nearby for a wonderful underwater world.
