Welcome to Olia Studios, our comfortable self-catered studios located just a 1-minute walk (only 60 metres) from the central main beach of Faliraki. Our location is ideal, as within just a minute you can reach shops, restaurants, cafés, the bus stop, and the taxi station. Despite being in such a central area, the studios remain quiet and peaceful, offering a relaxing stay without noise. Each studio features a small fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking and cleaning, as well as a private bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap provided. In the kitchen, guests will also find dishwashing liquid and a sponge. For your comfort, every studio includes free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safety box, iron, hair dryer, filter coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Clean towels are provided free of charge and changed every 3 days, while bed linen is changed weekly. Olia Studios is the perfect choice for guests who appreciate a central location close to the beach, comfort, convenience, and all the essentials needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
